Kellie Martin (born Kellie Marien) is well-known American actress. She's appeared in a variety of TV and film shows, such as "Christy" which is a comedy about a teenage girl known as Christy Huddleston. She is also known as the star of"The Hailey Dean Mystery television series. Martin is the daughter of a department store buyer and kindergarten teacher, started her career acting at the age of seven. Her aunt who served as an nanny for Michael Landon's kids assisted Martin to get her a character in the 1981's series "Father Murphy". Following her graduation from Yale University she began to become serious about acting with roles that she was able to land on the small and large screen. Martin, who is an actor, in addition to a gifted photographer and dancer, has been working in the field for more than twenty years. Two daughters are hers and a son, she is also the Lupus representative and promotes awareness of the illness daily since the loss of her sister, who was age 19.
